Returns & Refunds policy

At Unique Attar World, we take great care in delivering high-quality attars, perfumes, and raw materials to our customers. Every order is packed securely and checked thoroughly before dispatch.

Returns:

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an item has been opened, used, or tampered with. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or a short video showing the issue. Our team will review your request and provide a suitable resolution.

Refunds

Refunds are only applicable in cases where:

• The wrong product was sent

• The product was damaged during delivery

• The product is unavailable after payment
  

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.

Cancellations:

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
